2025 COACHING STAFF
Head Coach: Laurie Cren
Coach Laurie comes to TPF from France where she has played basketball at a high level for the past 16 years. In 2012, she left home to attend the top basketball school in her city. She played at the Elite level in France, for 2 different pro clubs in South of France (Montpellier BLMA and Toulouse TMB).
In 2019, Laurie left France to come play basketball in the US, where she earned 3 championship and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Sports Management from Warner Pacific.
She coached in France and the US with former Olympic Players and Pro Coaches from France, Serbia, and Spain (FC Barca, top team in Europe).
Laurie joined The Practice Facility and The Fly Academy in 2023 and has brought a high level of coaching and training to our programs…especially our Lady Fly players where she manages that program.
Laurie’s passion is to share her knowledge of basketball that she learned during her entire career, combining European and American basketball cultures into one effective approach. Her goal is to help build women player’s confidence on and off the court by crafting them into leaders.

Maela was a part of the Oregon State Championship Timberwolves team in her sophomore season. She is an offensive threat with the ability to score off the drive or from deep, and she brings explosive intensity on the defensive end.
Eloise Davis #20

Eloise was a part of the Oregon State Championship Timberwolves team in her sophomore season. Eloise is a poised, high-IQ player who thrives under pressure and brings structure and control when the team needs it most.
Amaya Johnson #11

Amaya received 2nd Team All-Leage in her sophomore season. She is a tough, highly competitive combo guard with a high IQ, capable of breaking down defenses off the drive or knocking down shots with confidence.
Peyton Glass #4
Sophomore / Lake Oswego / CG
Peyton is a long, lefty combo guard and true two-way threat, bringing relentless aggression on both ends with the ability to score from deep or attack the rim, while her presence on the court fuels the team’s energy and intensity.
Kaitlyn Henning #14
Sophomore / Glencoe / F
Kaitlyn is a high-energy forward who plays big, crashing the boards with intensity, stretching the floor with her shooting, and consistently lifting the team with her positive attitude.
KC Koytroulis #1
Sophomore / Mountainside / CG
KC is a powerful offensive force and elite shooter who can knock down shots off the catch or create her own look from deep with confidence and aggression.
Karsyn Hills #34

Karsyn is a strong, physical forward who controls the boards, brings energy and toughness to the paint, and finishes well around the rim.

Amelia is a relentless hustler who brings nonstop energy to the court, attacking the rim with confidence and locking in on defense with aggressive intensity.

Sly is a strong center who provides rebounding and stability for the team, while also being able to knock down midrange shots.

Team fees cover all team related activities, including practices, skills, and games. Included for your team fee are practices, B.A.S.E Training, Shot Lab Access, Van Transportation on team trips, lodging on team trips, as well as Jordan Brand uniform kit and gear. Each player’s team fee payment or payment arrangement is required by the first team practice. Players will be ineligible to participate in team activities if the team fee is not paid or arranged.
