Since Fall 2013, The Fly Academy has focused on helping players develop their game, understand their role and learn to play the right way. Training is a major part of our program because better-prepared players are better equipped to contribute when the game begins.

Every Winter 2026/27 team has two payment options. Choose either the full team fee up-front or the available four-payment monthly plan. You do not pay both.

CLOSED EVALUATION.
Thank you for trusting us with your athlete. To create the best possible evaluation environment, Fly tryouts are closed to spectators. Once check-in is complete, only registered players, coaches, evaluators and approved staff participate in the tryout session.
A closed gym helps reduce distractions and gives players the space to focus completely on the coaches, the competition and simply playing their game.

Players who competed with Fly during Fall 2026 receive Frequent Flyer tryout registration when registered by October 10.
Tryout registration fees are non-refundable.

Not every player is ready for the pace of a Fly season today. If a roster isn’t the right next step, we’ll help identify what to work on—and where to keep building.

WHO CAN ATTEND THE OPEN EVALUATION?+
All registered players may attend the October 17 Open Evaluation. Players still in roster consideration will be invited back for the October 18 Invite Evaluation.
DOES EVERY PLAYER ATTEND BOTH DAYS?+
No. Day 2 is an Invite Evaluation for players who remain in consideration for a roster spot.
WHEN DO WE GET OUR EXACT TEAM FEE AND SCHEDULE?+
Before accepting a roster spot. Your Flight Plan identifies the team, schedule, development package, travel expectations, and exact fee.
WHAT IF MY PLAYER ISN'T INVITED BACK?+
We provide feedback, a recommended development path through The Practice Facility, and a $25 TPF credit toward eligible training.
WHO QUALIFIES FOR FREQUENT FLYER PRICING?+
Current Fall 2026 Fly players who register by October 10 qualify for the $20 tryout fee. Standard registration is $40.
CAN WE PAY THE TEAM FEE MONTHLY?+
Yes. Families may pay in full or select an available monthly plan. Exact terms are provided before you commit.
