2025 COACHING STAFF
Head Coach: Naomi Johnson
Coach Naomi brings a wealth of experience and passion to the Lady Fly program. Her basketball journey began in youth basketball, and she now feels fortunate to coach the game that has shaped her life in so many meaningful ways.
Coach Naomi continued her basketball career at Pacific University, where she competed at the collegiate level. She has been coaching youth basketball for several years, beginning with a 2nd grade YMCA team and most recently completing her third season leading Lincoln High School’s 8th grade team. She has also been an integral part of the Lady Fly program for the past three years.
Her coaching philosophy centers around relentless defense, aggressive offense, unwavering effort, and unselfish, team-first basketball. Coach Naomi is committed to developing strong, confident players on and off the court, fostering a competitive, supportive, and growth-focused team environment.

FEES
Team fees cover all team related activities, including practices, skills, and games. Included for your team fee are practices, B.A.S.E Training, Shot Lab Access, Van Transportation on team trips, lodging on team trips, as well as Jordan Brand uniform kit and gear. Each player’s team fee payment or payment arrangement is required by the first team practice. Players will be ineligible to participate in team activities if the team fee is not paid or arranged.
