Thank you for participating in Fall 2026 Fly Academy tryouts. Here's everything parents need to know about next steps, timelines, and how to stay connected.

— TRYOUT RESULTS TIMELINE

Results will be communicated via email by the timelines below. We will use the email address entered for your player’s tryout registration.

MON 8/17 & WED 8/19 TRYOUTS

Boys Local 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, and 7th

Boys Select 11U, 12U, 14U

SATURDAY August 22nd @ 5pm PST

TUE 8/18 & THR 8/20 TRYOUTS

Girls 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th, 12U, 13U, 14U

Boys Local 8th, Boys Select 13U

SUNDAY August 23rd @ 5pm PST

I MADE THE TEAM.

  • You will be notified by the deadline above whether your player made a team.


  • If your player made a team, you will receive a Fly Welcome Email with a link to your team page and full season details.


  • Submit the team fee and code-of-conduct before the date confirmed in the Welcome Email. These must be submitted before your player will be eligible to participate in team activities.

  • Review and sign the Code of Conduct found on your team webpage.

  • After accepting your spot, you will receive an invitation to join your team’s SportsYou page. Invitations will be sent to the email used for tryout registration. Your team’s SportsYou page will serve as the primary communication platform for practice, game, and season updates.

One of the most difficult responsibilities we have is making decisions about who will make the team. We take this responsibility very seriously.

If basketball is truly your passion, this will serve as great motivation to keep working on your game. Don't let this one obstacle determine your future in the game.
