FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE
Fly Select strives to provide basketball opportunities to eligible players regardless of financial circumstances. Our financial assistance program offers partial and full scholarships to cover program fees related to the team. Travel costs are traditionally not included. In order to qualify for financial assistance, you must meet the guidelines listed below.
Full and partial scholarships are available.
Players may be required to pay travel expenses.
Available funds will be given on a first-come / first-served basis.
Applicants will be required to provide proof of eligibility to be considered for financial aid.
To provide proof of eligibility, please email your school lunch letter to seanlake@thepracticefacility.com.
ELIGIBILITY:
If your player qualified for free/reduced lunch through your school lunch program for the 2020/2021 school year, they will be eligible for assistance.If your player attends homeschool, or your school is currently not providing lunch letters, submit the number of people in your household and a copy of your 2020 IRS 1040 form. When sending in forms, please black out all sensitive information (social security numbers, bank account numbers, etc.).
Funds are limited, and not everyone who is eligible will received assistance.
